We hope this message finds you in good state
of health and mind. This message is a quick reminder about the metro reunion
(September 3rd-6th, US Labor Day weekend), which is less than thirty (30) days
from now. There are a few quick things to remind everyone:
- The deadline to reserve the hotel has
passed, so there will be no more discounts for reservations made from now
henceforth
- AUGUST 7TH marks the deadline for the
$55 registration. After that date, the registration fee increases
to $60 till August 27th. Afterwards, payment will be $65* up until
the end of August. From SEPTEMBER 1ST, payments will no longer be
accepted via the secured web payment (PayPal, Credit/Debit card) or by money
order. ANYONE WILLING TO REGISTER IN SEPTEMBER MUST MAKE THEIR PAYMENT
IN CASH (US DOLLARS)
- Tickets for the nice river cruise around
Washington (which is covered in the registration fee) are limited. As
of the time of this email, there are 31 SEATS left on the boat. No
further admission will be accepted once all the seats are booked because
of the maximum capacity of the boat. PEOPLE REGISTERING FOR THE METRO
REUNION AFTER THE CRUISE TICKETS ARE SOLD OUT WILL PAY A REDUCED REUNION
FEE (WHICH EXCLUDES THE CRUISE). The cruise will be a formal affair, so
dress appropriately and feel free to come with your friends/spouse as long
as they have registered
- In a couple of weeks, all who have registered
will receive reminders about the event and their confirmation number. If
